What is Frogtoberfest?
Frogtoberfest is the annual Frog’s Leap End-Of -Harvest Celebration that began in 2011.
Who will be at Frogtoberfest?
Frogtoberfest is hosted by Frog's Leap Owner and Winemaker John Williams and his wife, Tori. You will also see familiar Frog's Leap faces and like-minded FrogFellows at the table.
Why are there only 80 seats available?
The Frogtoberfest table stretches to from one end of the Red Barn to the other and space is limited.
Why do I have to enter a lottery for the opportunity to purchase seats?
We are humbled and honored by the interest that we have received in Frogtoberfest over the last six years. We know that many more FrogFellows would like to be a part of this special celebration than we are able to include. In an effort to be as fair and equitable as possible, we conduct a random lottery drawing each March for the opportunity to purchase Frogtoberfest seats. Each fellowship membership may enter the lottery once.
If I am selected in the lottery, when will I pay for my seats?
If you are selected in the lottery drawing, the seats you requested will automatically be processed to the credit card we have on file for your membership on March 15, 2017.
If I am not selected in the lottery, can I be put on the waiting list?
Yes, all Fellows not selected in the drawing will be placed on the Frogtoberfest waiting list.
Do Frogtoberfest seats ever open up after the lottery drawing?
Not often, but yes. Occasionally seats do become available throughout the year and in that event, those on the waiting list are contacted and offered the open seats.
What if I am selected in the drawing, but I find that I cannot attend?
Frogtoberfest seats are transferable, but are non-refundable. Each year we (typically) have a lengthy waiting list of Fellows interested in participating in Frogtoberfest. If you were unable to attend, we would make every effort to transfer your seats to Fellows from the waiting list and in that event, you would be issued you a full refund. Or you would be welcome to gift your seats to friends or family members.
